Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items may not be returned. These items include Custom Designs, Bodysuits, Home Goods, and Beauty Products, Sale products, or Gift Cards.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 days for your store credit to be sent to your email via E-Gift card. Store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost.

We are a small business, and can not issue refunds to initial method of payment.
